Italian Pasta and Prosecco (1 Foot) Lisle, IL Head to the North American Pizza & Culinary Academy (NAPCA) for a celebration of a variety of Italian Pastas as you watch a culinary master at work. Enjoy a pasta dough making demo while we sip bubblies and eat several different pastas and sauces, salad and chef’s choice dessert. Also includes 2 glasses of Prosecco, beer, or wine. If you would like to drink something else other than Prosecco, soda, coffee and tea are available. Fee includes pasta demo, food and beverages, and transportation. Registration deadline: April 1.

Remember The Ladies Tour & Mimosas (2 Feet) LaSalle, IL Enjoy a Reddick Mansion Tour along with a catered lunch of house-made quiches, salads, soup and sweets and mimosas at the I&M Canal Visitor Center Vintage Room followed by a presentation by Tricia Kelly, first-person interpreter and famed storyteller who brings to life one of America’s true mavericks, New York journalist Nellie Bly. Rock ‘n Roll Jukebox (2 Feet) Starved Rock, Oglesby, IL Join Sting Ray Anthony with his unparalleled Tribute to Ritchie Valens and other Rock ‘n Rollers of the 50’s. His high energy show takes 50’s music to another level at the Starved Rock State Park Lodge. Sting Ray has delighted audiences, bringing them to their feet dancing and singing the greatest Oldies ever written as he “rocks the house”. A delicious buffet lunch is included.
