  • Children 11 months and under are free.
  • Any person entering the facility 12 months and older must pay the entrance fee.
  • Proof of residency is required to receive resident rates.
  • Children 8 years of age and younger must be accompanied by a responsible person 16 years of age or older.

Weather Policy

Opening and closing of the pool is subject to prevailing weather conditions, including cold weather (temperature at 68 degrees or below) electrical or thunder storms, or heavy rain. Or, if there are 10 or less guests within an hour time at Hinkley Pool.

Facility Rentals

Private rentals and pool parties are available to book online beginning April 1 for residents and April 3 for non-residents. Please email rentals@prparks.org or call 847-292-8921 with any questions.

Private rentals at Hinkley Pool are available 5 days a week from 7:30pm-9:30pm (Wednesdays and Thursdays are not available).
Fee: $410 R / $511 NR
Max Capacity: 300 people

Friday, July 17 - Movie TBD

Join us at Hinkley Pool as we float around and enjoy a movie after dark! Bring your favorite pool float and relax under the stars. Admission begins at 7:30pm and the movie begins at dusk.
Fee: $10 R / $15 NR at the gate;
Pre-registration is not required.
