The Police are back bringing you monthly topics to keep you aware of things going on in our community and the greater Chicago area. Coffee and pastries will be provided. Registration is required.

Italian Pasta and Prosecco (1 Foot) Lisle, IL Head to the North American Pizza & Culinary Academy (NAPCA) for a celebration of a variety of Italian Pastas as you watch a culinary master at work. Enjoy a pasta dough making demo while we sip bubblies and eat several different pastas and sauces, salad and chef’s choice dessert. Also includes 2 glasses of Prosecco, beer, or wine. If you would like to drink something else other than Prosecco, soda, coffee and tea are available. Fee includes pasta demo, food and beverages, and transportation. Registration deadline: April 1.

Mystery Meals (2 Feet) Start with a mid-morning appetizer, then head to a surprise restaurant for a unique lunch experience. Something sweet ends the adventure. Restaurant locations are revealed on the day of the trip. Food and transportation are included in the fee. Registration deadline: May 1.

Remember The Ladies Tour & Mimosas (2 Feet) LaSalle, IL Enjoy a Reddick Mansion Tour along with a catered lunch of house-made quiches, salads, soup and sweets and mimosas at the I&M Canal Visitor Center Vintage Room followed by a presentation by Tricia Kelly, first-person interpreter and famed storyteller who brings to life one of America’s true mavericks, New York journalist Nellie Bly. Registration deadline: April 1.
