In small group setting, your kindergartner works on the fundamentals of beginning to read. Letter sounds and word recognition are taught through games and rhyming and picture clues. Have your child discover the joy of reading!

Tai Chi is a gentle, low impact fitness method that incorporates slow, deep breathing with gentle, flowing, fluid movement to ease pain/stiffness of arthritis and help boost immune response. Relieves stress through the mind and body connection, and improves flexibility, muscle strength, range of motion, lung capacity, blood flow, diabetes, posture and balance (which can help reduce fall risk).
