Blind Wine Tasting Sommelier Timothy Campbell will lead you on a fun and interactive blind wine tasting experience, encouraging you to explore and learn about wine through a unique, engaging format that eliminates visual cues and promotes objective tasting. You will taste a curated selection of four wines without knowing their identities, relying solely on your senses to identify characteristics like grape variety, origin, and style. This program is suitable for both wine novices and experienced enthusiasts, providing an enjoyable and educational experience for all. Fee includes tasting of 4 wines, snacks and dessert. Age 21+. Blind Beer Tasting Join Park Ridge's own Beer on the Wall for this summer blind beer tasting event! Whether you love a good brew or enjoy a good history lesson, you'll want to join us for this tasting in which you'll sample different styles of beer while Cicerone® Ryan Tracy shares details of its history, brewing process, and unique serving procedures as well as flavors, aromas, and mouthfeel of each brew.
