Garden Series: Seed Starting Get a head start on your garden with the University of Illinois Extension Master Gardeners' "Seed Starting" program. Learn the essentials of growing healthy seedlings, from choosing the right seeds and quality growing media to providing proper lighting and care. This session covers key techniques, transplanting tips, and troubleshooting common issues, ensuring your seedlings thrive and your garden gets off to a successful start!

Whether you are an avid gardener or just beginning to explore your interest in gardening, garden plots are available to you this spring. Each garden plot is 4'x16'. The community gardens are available daily from dawn-dusk, May 1-October 31. The cost of the plots is $40 per person. Due to the limited availability of spaces and interest in plots, registration is a lottery system open only to Park Ridge residents, age 18 & older. Payment is not required until lottery entries are selected. Lottery takes place on Tuesday, April 1.

This beginner ballet class is an introduction to the world of dance. Dancers learn steps and terminology. This class is geared for all boys and girls who love to dance. This class is without adult.

This beginner ballet class incorporates steps and terminology with fun and exciting music. Participants enjoy using hula hoops, beanbags, and maracas. Participants are welcome to wear dance attire or comfortable clothes.
