How to Get Started

1. Purchase a Class Pass

Class passes are available for a single class, or you can purchase a pass with 10 or 20 classes included. When you check-in onsite at the class, your pass will be deducted for your participation in class.

Fees for Class Passes are as follows:

Please note, class passes expire 6 months from purchase date.

The Unlimited Group Fitness Class Pass is also available for $75 per month.

You can purchase the pass at the front desk of the Centennial Fitness Center before your class, or you can purchase it ahead of time with our online registration system.

2. Reserve Your Spot in GroupExPro

An advance reservation is required for each single class you would like to attend. You can reserve your spot using the GroupExPro schedule below. Scroll down to the class you would like to take, and click on the Sign Up link (or you can click on the square with the pencil icon next to the class title). The first time you use this system, you will need to create a login with your name, email, and a password. Then it will walk you through reserving your spot.

Pass Registration & Waiver

We are requesting all group fitness participants complete the updated form below. This document updates your waiver to participate in our programs as well as provides us with a credit card on file to expediate future purchases of class passes. Additionally, in the event you participate in a group fitness class without a valid class pass, you agree that a card on file will be charged for a single class pass to pay for the class attended. If you would like to purchase a class pass, you can also do so using this form now or in the future.

Specialty Fitness

Each season, we offer a selection of specialty fitness classes that cater to a variety of needs - from low-impact classes that focus on building strength to youth and family programs! These classes are not included in a class pass; the programs below require you to register in advance.

Programs

5225102 / Tai Chi

The gentle flowing movements of Tai Chi safely strengthen the body and provide mental relaxation. A low impact approach to fitness that can help ease the pain and stiffness of arthritis, improve diabetes & other chronic conditions. Increase flexibility, muscle strength, heart and lung activity, posture and improve balance to prevent falls. Class can be done seated or standing, practice at your own pace and have fun.

Bring the family to practice in our Family Yoga class led by Greg Brzozowski, certified YogaFit Kids and Yoga instructor. It is a wonderful opportunity to introduce the benefits of yoga to adults and children. Improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and posture. Learn to relax and open up to a peaceful state of mind and body. Register each person individually; fee is per person. SP

Each session concludes with breathing and relaxation techniques to embrace overall wellbeing, so that you can enjoy an active life with confidence. Important Information

Unless otherwise noted, fitness classes are for Ages 11 & Up. Ages 11-13 must be accompanied by an adult.

Because space is limited, reservations are required for all group fitness classes.

If you make a reservation and decide to cancel, you can cancel up to 2 hours before the start of the class without penalty.

If you do not cancel at least 2 hours before class starts and do not show for a class, your account will be deducted for a fitness class.
